Cancellation & Rescheduling

1.) Cancellations – All cancellations must be received by Lisa L. Konietzky, LMT by phone, text, email or personally, with a reply confirmation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If not, a fee may be assessed.

2.) Late Appointments – Late appointments are considered 10 or more minutes. All late appointments may be assessed a late fee of $50.00, subject to change with or without notice. If you are running late, please exercise common courtesy. 

3.) No Show – A “No Show” is considered not showing up without 24 hour prior notification to scheduled appointment, which may be assessed a $75.00 fee.

4.) Rescheduling – If rescheduling an appointment.  It must be scheduled at the time of cancellation of original appointment. 

5.) Must Notify – If you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running late, you must notify Lisa L. Konietzky, LMT via phone call and or text message, with confirmation reply to (386) 290-4279
